Overview
The story
Kwadwo Poku is a Ghanaian international who came through Asante Kotoko in Kumasi before a professional career that reached Major League Soccer with New York City FC.
He also played for Atlanta Silverbacks, Miami FC, Tampa Bay Rowdies, and Tennessee Tempo. That path — from the Ghanaian game to MLS and the American lower divisions — is the standard he now asks of Ash Gold players.
On the bench he works the attacking side of the game: movement between the lines, the final pass, and a clear identity in the UPSL KY-TN conference. The inaugural 2026 staff was built around that experience.
